The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13377 and the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e79YR which are the two trailer hitch options for your 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport have the same ground clearance measurement. This ground clearance measurement will be around 12-1/2" from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening or 10" from the ground to the bottom of the receiver tube collar. Please note that these measurements are not exact and can vary slightly based on tire size and the amount of cargo stored in the vehicle.
I am not sure what you mean by "which one works with 1.25inch" but they can both be used with 1-1/4" hitch mounted accessories, you would just need a reducer sleeve like the Brophy Hitch Reducer part # HT02. However, most bike racks and cargo carriers will come with their own reducer sleeve.
