WHERE ARE THE HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS TAKEN FROM? ARE THEY TAKEN FROM THE BED, OR ARE THEY TAKEN FROM THE SLIDE RAILS? THANKS

The height range of the fifth wheel hitch part # RP30051 is measured from the base rail installed in the truck bed up. So this hitch would sit between 15 and 18 inches high above the rails. I attached a review video for this hitch for more info on it as well.
