The color temperature of the Buyers Products LED Dome Light w/ Built-in Switch # 3375625337 is going to be a whiter/bluish color. I attached a picture that shows what it looks like illuminated.

Measuring on the ground to the inside point of contact of each tire is the correct way to determine which chock setup you need. Yours being 16 inches at the closest point would most likely fall within the 16 to 24 inch range of the #FA84-00-4840.
