The Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles # BDW20011 is not designed to fit any specific winch; it will work so long as your Warn 9000 has a 10" x 4.5" bolt pattern, which is a standard bolt pattern.

The accompanying photo shows the dimensions of the mounting plate, and I have also added a link to a video review of this mounting plate for you to check out.
