Rhino Rack Roof Rack Recommendation for Fitting Camper Shell Installed on 2012 GMC Sierra 1500

Hello, I want to make sure there are the right cross bars and tracks to mount onto my truck topper. I have a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 with a topper over the bed, it sits level with the roof of the truck. The flat part on top of the topper measures 51” wide by 63” long. The second question is if I will be able to mount a smittybilt rooftop tent onto these cross bars? Thanks!

Based on the dimensions you have the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System # Y02-490B that you referenced would fit and work well on your camper shell. The dynamic weight capacity of this rack is 220 lbs so it also wouldn't have a problem with a tent as long as your camper shell is also rated for the weight.
