For your 2008 Chevy 2500HD with 6 inch lift, I recommend you consider the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 6" Spacers - Qty 2 # F2374 along with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2250. Due to the lift kit on your truck this is going to be the best option to allow you to level the sag and the springs are adjustable for the comfort of your ride. The kit comes with the manual inflation valves.
You may also want to consider the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592 to give you that adjustability at a push of a button as well as the ability to monitor your system.
Systems like the Timbren you asked from are not intended for lifts as large as your 6 inch lift. They are really nice maintenance free options for vehicles that have a standard height. I don't recommend adding 6 spacers like # A25723-90AH00 to achieve the correct lift height with the Timbren # TGMRCK25S you asked from.
