Question:
Can I find all the parts to connect a tow bar onto the front of a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime? I would like to tow my car behind my RV.

I do have an option for you but I am not aware of any manufacturers who make flat-towing components for a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime because according to the owner's manual (page 323), it cannot be towed behind a motorhome with all four wheels on the ground because of the CVT transmission. It must be towed with the front two wheels off of the ground using a tow dolly.
I will say that tow dollies do not create as much wear and tear on the vehicle and they also require far less modifications, if any. Therefore, if this is something you are interested in I recommend taking a look at the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1. This is our top of the line tow dolly which has electric brakes for safety, and all of the required lighting. The only thing you will need to use this dolly is a trailer connector like part # PK12706 and a brake controller like part # 90885.
I have attached a review video for you as well.
