I recommend using the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65070 for your 2019 Toyota Tacoma because it has the highest weight ratings which indicates a stronger hitch. This has a 2" receiver and is a custom fit so it doesn't require drilling into your frame like some front mount trailer hitches do.
Please note that the front air dam will have to be removed and remain off the vehicle and the splash guard will need to be trimmed. The skid shield will be removed for hitch installation and reattached while the skid plate on TRD models is different and will need to be permanently removed for installation.
