Can I Mount a Yakima Skyrise Med rooftop tent to the top bars on the rack?

The Yakima SkyRise HD # Y07437 requires load bars that support a minimum of 165 lbs. so unfortunately the Yakima MegaWarrior Extra Large Roof Rack Cargo Basket - Steel - 74" Long x 48" Wide # Y07080-82 is only rated for 130 lbs max, so the bars are not compatible with the rooftop tents.

Both are excellent products individually, but they cannot be used together.
