I have a Ram 3500 with the Factory Goose Neck Prep, can I add a Offset ball to the factory prep package?

There is not an offset gooseneck ball available for the 2018 Ram 3500 with factory gooseneck but the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 that you referenced can be used so long as your trailer has a 4-inch diameter outer tube. This coupler will give you 10-inches of offset.

I spoke with B&W and on the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler #BWTEXA4200 it is approximately 19-3/4 inches from the bottom of the coupler to the center of the top-most adjustment hole on the round, vertical tube.
