Will Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Hose Work with HydraStar Brake Actuator
Question:
I purchased your Hydrastar electric over hydraulic Master cylinder for my boat with a folding tongue. I have completed the mounting of the device and wiring. I am having trouble finding a brake line and fittings to attach at the master cylinder. Will this flexible line attach with the 90 degree end to the master cylinder?

Expert Reply:
The Kodiak brake hose, part # BH-3MFS90-1-5, will work with the HydraStar electric over hydraulic actuator, part # HS381-8067, that you purchasd already.
Both ends of the brake line have the same fitting so it can be installed in either direction. Normally the 90-degree bend is placed on the end near the brakes but it sounds like you need it coming from the master cylinder which will work just fine too.
