Will Firestone Ride-Rite Air Springs # F2286 Improve Ride of Factory Suspension on 2007 Dodge Ram
Question:
I dont really haul heavy loads very often. Would this product make my average everyday commute any more smoothe than the factory suspension?

Expert Reply:
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F2286, on the rear of your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 is designed to absorb road shock when your truck is loaded. It provides additional support for the existing suspension. It is not designed to smooth out the ride of your factory suspension when there is no load on the vehicle suspension. It will increase stability and improve ride quality when you are hauling a heavy load.
The suspension enhancements that I have are designed to provide additional help when the vehicle is loaded, they will not affect the empty ride of your Dodge Ram.
I am including a link to a video of the # F2286 springs being installed on a 2007 Dodge Ram.
