I would like to carry my surfboard with my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. It has the raised side rails on the side. is there a roof rack that will work that fits and a carrier for my surfboard that is going to work with it?

The best roof rack for your 2019 Toyota 4Runner with raised side rails is from Thule and consists of:
