The Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G # TTWPRG235R16 have a load rating of 4,400 lbs at 110 psi. Some wheels are not rated for the capacity of the tire, so you would need wheels like the Taskmaster Steel 10-Spoke Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - White # TTW660865WS4. These are rated at 4460 each.

I don't know what their heavy duty rim is rated for, but the wheel needs to be rated for the weight capacity and the valve stem needs to be rated for the max psi. If you are within the capacity of the 8,800 lbs per axle, your wheels and tires should be fine with the combination listed above.

I would not run them under the psi listed as Max unless you have a tire manufacturer that recommends that because underinflated tires will not have the same load capacity and will heat up much faster. This is a leading cause of tread wear issues and tire failure.
