For the 2018 Lexus RX 350L, the CurtTrailer Hitch # C13394 is a confirmed fit and a great option.
This hitch has a 2" receiver and 5,000 lbs of towing capacity with 500 lbs of tongue weight capacity, though you should check your owner's manual for the towing capacity of your Lexus. For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 119250KIT if you do NOT have the factory tow package or # 118252 if your Lexus has the factory tow package.
I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
