Is There a Way to Determine Lifespan of a Torsion Axle
Question:
WHAT IS THE LIFE OF A TORSION AXLE ???

I wish there were an exact answer to your question but since there are so many variables involved in the wear of an axle it is impossible to determine the lifespan of an axle no matter if it is a torsion axle or a standard axle like part # T3584F-EZ-8974.
If you take proper care of your axles and trailer then they should last a long time. This includes staying under the weight rating, not exceeding the speed rating of your tires (which can result in a blowout and cause stress to the axle), and keeping to a maintenance schedule (see attached link).
Your axle should have a warranty on it so if the concern is premature wear and it is still under warranty then I recommend contacting the location that you purchased it from to see what steps need to be taken.
