How to Replace a 7-Way Trailer Connector on a 1992 Nuwa Hitchhiker
Question:
My wife and I bought a 1992 nuwa hitchhiker 2 5th wheel and I have to replace the 7 pin plug. I bought a new 7 pin plug but I do not know where each wire attaches on the fuse panel

I have attached the common wire colors on a 7-way for you below but as not all trailer manufacturers use the same wire colors and they could have been replaced at one point in time so it would be best to test them with a 12 volt battery. Once you attach each wire to the positive side of a battery that circuit should then light up and you will know which color represents which circuit. The other option you have would be to contact the trailer manufacturer with your VIN. I wish I could tell you exactly what each wire is but unfortunately it will not be that easy.
Right Stop/Turn = Green
Left Stop/Turn = Yellow
Ground = White
Tail / Marker = Brown
Brake =Blue
Battery = Black
Back Up = Purple
