Can a Trailer Storage Cover be Installed While the Trailer is Wet

This is a wet, snowy time of year. Right now, my trailer is snow free but its wet. Can I cover it when its wet? Thanks.

Technically you can install a cover, like the Adco # AD59ZR you referenced, while your trailer is wet but that would make it much easier for mold to start growing. I would try to dry it off somehow (lots of towels or a leaf blower were suggested to me) before installing the cover so that it can be the most effective.
