How to Carry Skis and Snowboards on a 2011 Honda CR-V

We are looking for a roof rack for our 2011 Honda CRV that will accommodate skis and snowboards. Im not exactly sure what I should be searching for. Thanks!

We have some excellent options for your 2011 Honda CR-V that will allow you to carry both skis and snowboards. The majority of these options are first going to require that you have a roof rack installed.
For a roof rack, I recommend like the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack part # RRRVP15 because it has a sleek look and installs using fixed mounting points so you don't have to worry about door clips. It also has aero shaped cross bars which are less noisy.
Then in order to attach your skis and snowboards to the roof rack you will need to use either a carrier like the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier part # RR576 or a cargo box like the Rhino-Rack MasterFit Rooftop Cargo Box part # RRRMFT440. The cargo box is more versatile but does have a length restriction for skis/snowboards whereas the carrier does not.
