What should the torque be for these wheels? 2009 cardinal 35 le 7,000 lb axles 1/2 lugs

The torque spec for the lug nuts on the Aluminum Modular Trailer Wheel part # LHJM513 should be between 90-100 ft. lbs. which you can see from the attached chart. I have also attached for you some additional parts you may what to use with this wheel.
