Parts Needed to Install All Stainless EOH Disc Brake Components on Trailer with 3,500 Axles

Question:

I have a 2006 Polar MagicTilt trailer with the factory surge 10inch disks on one axle. I would like to convert it to an all stainless system with disks on both of the tandem axles. 3500# axles. The idler axle has the brake mounting plates. I would like to go to electric over hydraulic. My 2012 F350 has EOH mode in the factory controller. Current brakes are Kodiak plain steel. Is there a kit available with all parts, rotors/hubs, calipers bearing and seals? If not what parts would you suggest? Thanks

For the idler hub axle the easiest way to add stainless disc brakes would be a slip on kit like part # K2R35S which has rotors that would slip right over the current hubs and comes with everything else needed to install. To convert the hubs too of this axle to stainless you'd also need the part # KH84545S.

Using the hub # KH84545S with the slip on disc kit part # K2R35S with it would be your best option for your current brake axle too since it's the only way to get everything stainless.

Then for an electric over hydraulic actuator our best option is the Hydrastar kit part # HBA16. We recommend this kit the highest as it's the most reliable and best performing option we offer.
