Trailer Wheel and Tire Recommendation that has Capacity Over 3,000 lb
Question:
I have an 05 Weekend Warrior 36foot triple axle. It came with 15inch wheels and Im having a real hard time finding a tire that has a load capacity at or above 3000lb. My GVWR is 16500 and with my vehicle inside Im getting very close to that limit. It looks like Id have to upgrade to a 16inch rim. My question is, Could this be done 1 or 2 at a time? I dont have the cash around to do all at once and would like to do them little by little. What is your advice?

To get a wheel and tire combo that has a capacity of over 3,000 lbs per wheel you will have to look into upgrading to a 16 inch setup as the highest capacity for a 15 inch wheel is 2,830 lbs.
The Provider wheel and tire part # TA59VR would be a great choice as it has a capacity of 3,500 lbs per wheel/tire and has a 6 lug bolt pattern which is very common on both 16 inch and the 15 inch trailer wheels like your trailer would have. This is also priced really well too. You have to upgrade the size of everything all at once though. There isn't a safe way to run different size wheel and tires on a trailer.
