Is The Curt Q-16 Compatible With Lippert Rota-Flex Pin Boxes

Hi, I have a Q16 that i bought in 2016, i just purchased a 2022 cougar 30rls with a roto flex pin box. Can you tell me if they are compatible. I am getting a lot of bouncing. Thanks

While the Curt Q-series of fifth wheel hitches are not compatible with the Rota-Flex line of pin boxes, the Curt A-Series line of pin boxes are compatible. The head of the hitch and the pin box actually work against each other so that's why you've been experiencing a lot of bouncing.

I recommend switching over to Curt A-16 Fifth Wheel Hitch # C16120 to alleviate this issue.
