The connection points to install a trailer wiring harness on your 2004 Chevrolet G3500 Express Van are located inside the van, below both tail lights.

The Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # 118392, will give you a 4-way trailer connector at the rear of your Express Van. If you are needing a 7-way connector, in addition to part # 118392, you will need to install Brake Controller 7 and 4 Way Installation Kit, part # ETBC7.
