There are brake controllers that will work with your 2019 Thor 28Z motorhome built on a 2018 Ford E-450 chassis.
To start you are going to need to add a 4-way and the only kit available for your vehicle is a universal kit, the # 119178KIT. From there you will need to add the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7; for a motorhome you will need at least 10' of extra wire which you can get with part # 10-2-1.
There are no brake controllers which simply plug in so you will need to hardwire one. I strongly recommend the Prodigy P3 # 90195 because of its effectiveness and ease of use. It will activate your trailer's brakes immediately in proportion to your '19 Thor's brakes and offers three different boost levels so you can adjust your braking power.
The P3 levels automatically, has constant diagnostic checks, contains safeguards which defend your controller against shorts, and features an LCD display which is much easier to read than that of other controllers.
This controller has been met with nearly universal praise; it has been reviewed by our customers more than 3,000 times and is averaging close to 5 out of 5 stars.
I have added links to help articles which details the process of installing a brake controller for you to check out as well.
