Solution for Titan Model 6 Trailer Surge Actuator that Sticks  

Question:

I replaced everything on my trailer todo with brakes. Now I use trailer the calipers are sticking. I’ve bled the brakes I’ve checked everything. How tight should those springs be on the master cylinder should they be tight or should they be loose any help would be appreciated. Tandem axle four wheel disc brakes new lines calipers rotors master cylinder everything new

The springs shouldn't need any adjustment and they should feel pretty tight by hand. Did you replace the shock? That's typically what causes the brakes to stick like you mentioned. For a replacement shock for the Model 6 like what the master cylinder you referenced fits you'd want the part # T1242600.
