Do All Titan Model 6 Brake Actuators Have the Return Springs on the Master Cylinder Assembly

Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Titan Model 6 Brake Actuators - Disc Item # T1777405 I see this item with and without the spring setup, what is the spring set for?

The springs on the side of the Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Titan Model 6 Brake Actuators part # T1777405 are designed to pull the bracket and plunger back into position when applying the brakes in your tow vehicle to release the brake fluid. If you have a Titan Model 6 Brake Actuator then the correct master cylinder assembly will have these springs. I think you may be looking at the Master Cylinder for Model 6 Drum Brake Actuators part # T1027100 which is just simply one component in the above assembly but if not please just let me know.
