Can i drive my trailer back home from las vegas with less weight than 300lbs. It has a bow in the axle downward.

You shouldn't have a problem with towing a trailer with less than 300 lbs of cargo weight unless the trailer isn't rated to tow very much and your cargo is overloading it.

The thing that concerns me is when you say that the bow of the axle is downward. It should be bowing up so that when weight is added to your trailer the axle straightens out (see attached picture). You may be able to get home with the axle like that and very little cargo weight but I would look into changing it out before you start using it on a regular basis.
