Can the elite pucks be installed in the signature series rails? The pucks look real similar on your website. I'm sure mine are worn and I need new trim rings.

Yes, the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3300 will work with the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit part # RP30074 on your 2007 Dodge Ram Pickup. The Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit is pretty much the same as the factory prep package on Ford Super Duty trucks which is why the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch will fit and work well for you.

I would also take a quick measurement using the photo below to make sure you do indeed have the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit part # RP30074.

There will not be any adapter required when using a 5th wheel hitch designed for the elite series under bed rails with the signature series under bed rails. There would however possibly be an adapter required when using a 5th wheel hitch designed for the signature series under bed rails with the elite series under bed rails but that is not the case. The signature series pucks you have now unfortunately cannot be switched out with the elite series pucks but you can replace them with the same signature series pucks part # 58253 if the ones you have now are worn. Don't forget the covers part # 58199 as well.
