I have a 2018 Ram 3500 with factory rail kit and am looking at the Curt Q20 and A20 fifth wheel hitches and want to know what the difference is?

For your 2018 Ram with the factory rail kit the two largest differences is the limited warranty on the Q20 for Ram Trucks # C16530-16021 is 10 years for the hitch and lifetime for the legs while the A20 For Ram Rail Kits # C16044 is a limited lifetime warranty and the A20 has an improved jaw design over the older Q20. This means better contact for a smoother towing experience. I attached pictures of the jaws on both hitches for you to check out and compare as well. You'll see the A20 jaws are thicker and fit each other tighter.

Also, the Q20 features the 360-degree movement with the spherical axial bearing to improve the pivoting of the hitch head.
