Parts Needed to Tow a Trailer with a 2018 Honda CR-V
Question:
Looks like I need a C13397 hutch for my CRV? Also a wiring harness and a sensor relocator bracket from Honda?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13397 is indeed the correct trailer hitch receiver for your 2018 Honda CR-V. The hitch is a custom fit that installs using pre drilled holes in the frame rail which means no drilling will be required. As you mentioned, the relocation bracket will need to be obtained from the dealer in order to retain the hands free liftgate feature.
For a trailer wiring harness, I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118741 because it is a completely plug and play harness that will not require any cutting or splicing. If you will be towing a trailer which I assume you will then you will also need a ball mount/hitch ball. Though I don't know exactly what ball mount you need as it will vary depending on the trailer being used (see article), we do have the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 which should have everything you need to get started.
I have attached an install video of the trailer hitch and wiring harness for you as well.
