Recommended Bike Rack on a 2019 Honda CR-V

How can I carry bikes on my new 19 CRV?

To carry bikes on your 2019 Honda CR-V I recommend adding a trailer hitch and using a hitch mounted bike rack. The etrailer.com hitch, part # E98848, is a great fit for your Honda and is a 2 inch receiver so it'll fit more accessories than the smaller 1-1/4 inch hitches.
For the rack take a look at the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR. It's one of the most popular bike racks we sell and has great reviews. It can carry up to four 35 pound bikes and tilts away from the vehicle so you can access the rear cargo area. It also holds the bikes at three different places to keep them from swaying back and forth and coming into contact with each other or the CR-V.
If you'd lke to add a lock top the Hitching Post Pro use part # THSTL2 to lock the rack to the vehicle and part # TH538XT to lock the bikes to the rack.
Also, if any of your bikes are women's or children's bikes you may need an adapter bar like the Swagman, part # 64005.
