I would like to install the P2 break controller on my 2017 RAM 2500. It currently does not have a break controller. If I install the P2 will I have to have the computer flashed in order to operate the controller?

The computer on your 2017 Ram 2500 will NOT have to be flashed or reprogrammed in order to install the Prodigy P2 # 90885 trailer brake controller.
