Does Installation of Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit on 2002 Jeep TJ Require Grinding Powder Coat

2002 tj baseplate install - If I get the right baseplate do I need to modify or grind any of the powder coat? If I do is the warranty still good?

The installation of the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-521424-4 on your 2002 Jeep TJ will NOT require you to modify or grind any of the powder coat on your Jeep.

If you take a look at the linked instructions you can see that the brackets for this kit will install on your Jeep's frame and that's where the drilling will take place to install the brackets.
