We do have a nice selection of insect screens for RV water heater vents available. Trailer manufacturers don't typically keep a good record of parts like these that they install at the factory so in order to pick out the correct screen you will just want to note the type of water heater and furnace that is installed in your 2017 Cougar 5th Wheel.
For example, the Valterra Bug Screen # A10-1321VP is designed to fit Suburban 10, 12, and 16 gallon water heater vents. If you can tell me the manufacturer and size of your water heater, I will be happy to see if we have a compatible screen.
