Absolutely! Your 2013 Ford F-250 is 100 percent compatible with the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2703.
These will do a great job of giving your F-250 the support it needs while towing or hauling a particularly heavy load, and the only thing I recommend adding is an air compressor to make maintaining the air bags much easier. For this, the best option for a heavy-duty system is the 150 psi Firestone Air Command II # F2219.
