There are definitely options for your to transport your brand new kayaks on your 2013 Ford Escape while avoiding that pesky antenna.

To start you will need to add a roof rack and I recommend the Rhino Rack which fits your Escape's naked roof and consists of Crossbars # RRVA137B-2, Crossbar Legs # RRRLKVA, and Fit Kit # DK375. These parts give you a full rack system which you can mount kayak carriers that will let you haul your kayaks. We have test fit this rack on a '13 Escape and I've added a photo of it so you can see exactly how it will look on your car.

As for avoiding that antennae, you can do so with the Thule The Stacker - Rooftop Multi-Kayak Carrier # TH830; just make sure the kayaks are off to the side of the antenna or are positioned so that the antenna is sitting between them as the kayaks are getting transported. You will also need another pair of Tie-Down Straps # 753-2030-02 and Bow/Stern Tie-Downs # TH855XT.
