Ball Mount Needed with Longer Shank for Use with a Ford E-350
Question:
I currently have a Curt ball mount C45900 that I have been using on my F150 with no issues. I just recently got an E350 and the hitch is farther under the van and it puts the Curt ball mount very close to the bumper. Is the pin hole to ball length greater on the MaxxTow MT70197?

I do have a solution for you but all of our other long shank ball mounts are shorter than the Curt # C45900 that you currently have.
You could use a Gen-Y shank like part # 325-GH-303 for a 5" rise/drop or part # 325-GH-304 for a 7-1/2" rise/drop along with the Gen-Y Tri-Ball Mount # 325-GH-034 which comes with 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" hitch balls and has a 12" long shank.
Another option is to use a fixed ball mount with a long shank like the Brophy # EA40 with a hitch ball like the 2" # 63845 or 2-5/16" # 63847.
