Adapter Connector Port Location for Installing the Prodigy P3 on a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban

Question:

Purchased the harness about a foot long from you folks a few days ago for a 2005 Suburban 1500. Looks like factory installation of the hitch and 7 point plug receptacle. Wiring to the front of car looks factory. Without tearing the whole dash apart I was hoping you might give me direction to where the factory receptacle is, to plug in the male plug from the P3 controller harness. I cant see anything looking under the dash. Thank you for your help.

The plug for the Adapter # 3015-P for the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 on your 2005 Chevrolet Suburban is under the dash behind the electric junction box. If you check out the linked installation video you can see this being done with the P2 # 90885 which is the predecessor of the P3 so the installation will be exactly the same.
