Malone AirFlow2 System Fit on 2014 Toyota RAV4
Question:
Item MPG215 50 inch for 2014 Toyota RAV4. With the towers/feet at max width, what is the maximum distance between the feet, measured from inside the left rail edge to inside the right rail edge? I need 40 inches, the OEM cross bars are 39.25.

The Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - Aero Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Aluminum - 50" Long # MPG215 will work well for your 2014 Toyota RAV4 and is a confirmed fit.
I went to the warehouse to measure them for you and at the full width extension you will have approximately 42 inches between the inside of the raised factory rails. The innermost part of the tower will be at 36-1/2 inches inside to inside where it meets the crossbar at its furthest width. This won't be the specific dimension when fit to your vehicle, this is the max dimension.
On your vehicle the fit will be very similar to the 2017 RAV4 in the attached video.
