In order to flat-tow your 2008 Jeep Wrangler with a manual transmission you will need a tow bar, base plate kit, safety cables, supplemental braking system, wiring harness, and possible high-low adapter. None of our tow bars come with base plate kits so you will need to purchase both in order to attach your vehicle to the motorhome unless your Jeep has d-rings which can be used for towing in which case you would need an adapter.
For a non-binding tow bar I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain part # RM-522 which would then attach to the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit part # 1429-1 and is the base plate kit I recommend for you. This kit has removable arms which makes for a clean look while not in tow. For the safety cables I recommend RoadMaster Safety Cables part # RM-643 because of their coiled design.
The best supplemental braking system for you is really going to depend on if you want something that is permanently installed like the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System part # RM-8700 or if you want something that can be easily removed and transferred to different vehicles like the Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Supplemental Braking System part # RM-9400. If you use the InvisiBrake then you will also need the RoadMaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751452 but if you use the Even Brake then you will need the RoadMaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751452, 12 Volt Outlet Kit part # RM-9332, and the RoadMaster BrakeMaster Custom Seat Adapter part # RM-88130.
For the wiring harness I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15247. You will also need to disconnect the battery according to the owner's manual and in order to do this easily I recommend the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch part # RM-766. In order to determine if a high-low adapter is needed you will want to take a look at the attached help article then the selection attached if needed. There are also several review/install videos on the above products which I have attached for you.
