Adding 7-Way and 4-Way Connectors to a 2018 Toyota Tacoma Without the Tow Package

2018 tacoma access cab would like to get the wiring harness for trailer plugs - the kind where you take out the taillight assambly and plug it in - unless you have a easier one. would like for it to have the 4 prong and also the round plug also

The best (and easiest) wiring kit that we have for your 2018 Toyota Tacoma (without the tow package) is the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # 22117.
This comes with everything needed to add a fully functioning 7-Way and 4-Way on your pickup. It connects your basic lighting functions with the T-Connectors that you mentioned and has the rest of the wiring bundled in a loom to make running them up to your cab/engine compartment much easier. This kit even comes with a pigtail that is compatible with all of the Tekonsha brake controllers like the popular Prodigy P3 # 90195 if you end up needing to use a brake controller.
The connector that comes with the kit is a 7-Way but you can swap that out with the Hopkins # HM40950 for both a 7-Way and a 4-Way connector.
