What is Needed For Light Towing With 2015 Honda Accord Sedan
Question:
Is it safe for my car if I only use it twice a month for maybe 10 miles

I took a look at the owner's manual for your 2015 Honda Accord and it said you could tow a trailer so long as the total load was a maximum of 850 lbs for a couple and 1,000 lbs for a sedan version. So as long as your combined weights were under that it would be safe.
To do this you need a trailer hitch and the Curt # C11496 is a fit for either the sedan or coupe version of your '15 Accord. You also need wiring to add a 4-flat to your Accord and power your trailer's lights, part # HM11143165 if you do NOT have LED taillights or part # C56173 if your Accord DOES have LED taillights.
The recommended ball mount for your hitch is the Draw-Tite # 3593 and you will also need 1-7/8" hitch ball # 19256 or 2" hitch ball # 19258.
