Question:

I have a 7 pin plug for my utility trailer I use for camping. I want to know if there is enough power from the stock wiring 7 pin plug 12 volt hot line to power a camping fridge while driving?

I do have a way for you to keep the refrigerator running in your trailer but the 12 volt power circuit on the 7-way trailer connector will not be nearly sufficient for this. You would need to install a standard 12 volt battery on the trailer and then use a battery charger. For a battery charger I recommend the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D which uses the vehicle's alternator to charge the trailer's battery. This option will also allow you to use the refrigerator while the vehicle is running as well as after you shut the vehicle off until the battery eventually dies.
