Recommended Axle-Less System and Wheel/Tire Combo for a Light Boat Trailer
Question:
I am custom building a trailer to haul a 15foot x 59inch beam wooden rowing/sailing boat that only weighs 200lbs. I plan on installing 15inch radial tires and wheels. I plan on doing long distance travels on super highways. Is the 1200# system suitable and/or appropriate?

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs part # A12WS545 has a weight capacity of 1,200 lbs. Therefore, as long as the weight of the boat and trailer do not exceed 1,200 lbs then yes this system will be appropriate for you. Since the boat is only 200 lbs then it is very unlikely the weight of the trailer will exceed 1,000 lbs so this system will more than likely be perfect for you. The rubber aero springs will absorb road shock and support the trailer's load better than a traditional leaf spring suspension.
If you would like a set of 15" wheels/tires that will work with this system then I recommend the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Galvanized Wheel part # AM32397. The tire has a radial ply which is better for long highway distances like you mentioned and have a load range C rating which will be more than sufficient for the weight of your trailer. The wheels are galvanized so you do not have to worry about corrosion when launching the boat in the water.
I have attached a review video of both the wheel/tire combo and axle-less system for you as well.
