Flat Towing a 2009 Cadillac SRX Behind Motorhome
Question:
Can I flat tow my 2009 Cadillac SRX wad behind my Motorhome?

Expert Reply:
Your 2009 Cadillac SRX can be flat towed behind your motorhome when using a lube pump kit but not as is from the manufacturer. A lube pump is used while the vehicle is being flat towed to move fluids, like transmission fluid, through the tow vehicle to keep it from overheating. Unfortunately we don't have any Lube Pump Kits, so you will need to get that elsewhere, but I can help with all the other components. I recommend the following parts:
Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 3125-1
Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - 6,000 lbs # RM-520
RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643
Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251
Then you will most likely need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to help determine the correct fit and have linked the page to your options to assist.
