Mounting a Kayak Rack on an Enclosed Trailer Solution

Question:

Hello - We have a 6x10 enclosed trailer that we haul our motorcycle in. We have two kayaks - 9.5 and 10.5 in length that we need to carry as well. This will be hauled behind a 32 foot Class C RV. With that in mind, wind resistance is less of an issue. Do you have something that we can mount to put the kayaks on the roof? Or should we just bite the bullet and get a larger trailer and put everything inside. The bike is large - Harley CVO with saddle bags and all.

We have the Rack Em Enclosed Cargo Trailer Ladder Rack part # RA-28 which will attach to your trailer's rain gutters and give you a set of crossbars that your kayaks could install onto. I attached an install video and picture for you to check out to get an idea of how it installs.

Could this work for the top of a 19' travel trailer?

If your travel trailer features the side rain gutters for mounting and is less than 8-1/2 feet wide, the Rack'em Ladder Rack # RA-28 will work well. Just let me know if not and we can work on a different solution!
