The center pin on a 7-way trailer connector should be responsible for the reverse lights on the trailer. I looked in the owner's manual for your 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 and this circuit is controlled by the #10 fuse in the fuse box under the hood of your vehicle. If you need to know where any other curicuts are you can reference the owner's manual in your vehicle.
