The best option I have for you to help get rid of the bounce while towing with your 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 would be to use a set of airbags like the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2299. These airbags will do an excellent job of providing additional support, increasing ride quality, and improving stability while towing. The airbags install underneath the frame rail so you should also not have any troubles using them with an in-bed hitch. They are made in the U.S.A. and the bags come with a lifetime warranty.

If you would like to add an on-board compressor that will eliminate the need for you to enter and exit the vehicle to fill the bags, I recommend using the Firestone Air Command I part # F2158. This kit comes with a compressor, gauge display, inflation valve, and all of the other necessary components to get your truck setup for an on-board compressor.

I have attached a test course video of the airbags so you can see how they perform in addition to a sample install video of the air compressor kit.
