The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 referenced in your question is an excellent choice and exactly what I would have recommended.
There is not a built-in brake controller port on your 2018 Buick Enclave that will allow for installation with a Plug-In Adapter, however all the needed wires should already be run under the dash. In order to install the P3 brake controller, you will just need to connect the 4 wires from the controller to the 4 blunt-cut wires that will be located beneath the dash of the vehicle. On the controller, the blue wire is for brake output, the red wire is for the brake pedal signal wire, the black wire is for 12V power and the white wire is for ground.
There should be a 7-Way connector already installed at the rear of your Enclave. If for some reason it is not present, you can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118287. This is a simple, plug-and-play installation that will connect directly to the built-in plug located under the vehicle, on the driver's side.
